Month to month for older plans. Plans that start with a Refresh or a new site have a 12-month minimum.
Already on an older price? You keep it.
If a payment is more than 30 days late, your site is paused. It's $100 to turn it back on.

What counts as a small edit

Text changes: hours, prices, bios, contact details
Swapping photos or logos you send
Adding or removing a listing, team member, service or testimonial
Links and buttons
Typo and broken-link fixes
Small form changes

On Host, bigger updates and new pages are priced first; Care and Growth include them. Redesigns, new copy and new integrations are priced first on every plan.

FAQ

What if I'm on Host and need more than a small edit?: We tell you before starting and price it. Nothing is billed until you say yes. Care and Growth include bigger updates and new pages.
How fast are updates done?: Orb replies within one business day and confirms when it'll be done.
Can I change plans?: Yes. Send a request and pick the plan you want. If your plan started with a Refresh or a new site, moving down waits until your 12 months are up.
Who sends the monthly report?: We do, by email, once a month.
