- What if I say no?
- Nothing changes. You keep your current site and plan.
- Do I have to write anything?
- No. We use the words already on your site. You can change anything before launch.
- Do I keep my domain and email?
- Yes. Your domain stays yours, and we don't manage email, so the Refresh doesn't touch it.
- What happens after 12 months?
- Your plan goes month to month. You can stay, move down to Host at $100 a month, or cancel by email.
- Can I switch plans?
- Yes. You can move up any time. Moving down waits until your 12 months are up.
- Who owns the site?
- You do. Your site, domain, words, photos and logo are always yours. If you cancel before 12 months, the remaining payments are due.
